Conditions for registering for an event in the house of Sophia

 

If the event you have selected is already fully booked, we will contact you immediately. 

You then have the option of choosing another date or another seminar topic, or you will receive a full refund of the amount you may have already paid. The same applies if the event is canceled or postponed for reasons for which Haus der Sophia is responsible (e.g. illness of the seminar leader). Further claims cannot be asserted due to a cancellation by the house of Sophia.

All participants are responsible for their physical, mental and spiritual well-being as well as for their actions during the event. The seminars in the House of Sophia are for training, advanced training and / or self-awareness. Liability claims - of any kind - against the organizer or the seminar leader with regard to seminar content and seminar events cannot be asserted. Every seminar participant is liable for any damage that he may have caused during the event.

If you withdraw from a booked event, you will incur the following costs: 

+++   up to 1 week before the start of the seminar there are no costs.

be made or the seminar fee will be charged in full.

A declaration of withdrawal must always be made in writing in order to be valid.
